Well I'm re-focusing again! I realize that I have been 'playing' at loosing weight. Watching what I eat only when it suits my mood. Well I'm done with that game, I REALLY want to see some progress so I'm focusing my attentiion on this journey. Any and all support is totally welcome. I'm also looking for a weight loss buddy if anyone is interested.
