I would recommend sticking with the basics. Just read the summary chapter at the end of the book. Or try sticking with one of her cooler plans that she has laid out. Eating clean is pretty easy when you think about it. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store (produce, meat, dairy) and only go to the center aisles for whole grains (brown rice, pasta, quinoa). She also has a short book called "Just the Basics" or something. You may try reading that, too.
