You will love eating clean! You will have so much more energy.
Struggles? Well yes, especially with kids those ages. Highly processed, packaged food is seems so much easier and faster.
When you get used to batch cooking, bulk buying etc. it will become a habit after time but at first it is a full time job just reading labels and policing the cupboards.
You can do it though! And it will be so worth it.

Hi All,

My name is Cynthia, Mother of two boys 8, 9 . Happily married. I have been up and down with my weight over the last 10 yrs and want to get a hold on it as I weighed my highest ( as much as I weighed when I was pregnant) yikes! I'm on a mission to make a permanent life change and stumbled upon The eat clean diet recharged. I love this concept and even though I only started yesterday I have already lost three pounds and feel great !

Have any of you been doing it for a while
stuggles , or highlights you could share for a beginner

Thanks
Cynthia
