Hey, Anacarla1! I just joined the team today and am new to the Eat Clean Diet. However, I have been eating pretty clean on my own before I knew about the diet. For me, planning ahead makes a huge difference. I pack all of my food for the day the night before or morning of so I don't have to think the rest of the day. I also tried eating in the 3 hour intervals as suggested in the book and that worked really well for me. We can do this!
