I've become wildly dedicated to losing the baby/postnursing weight I put on over the past year. Oddly enough, it was never being pregnant that made me fat, it was not adjusting my eating once our beautiful son came and he decided he no longer wanted to nurse after four months. Last week, I signed up to participate in a Hardcore Mudd Run in Septemeber that will benefit the charity for which I work. I've decided it's the perfect time to enter in to a self make-over or, as I tell my husband, start a sort of rebranding campaign Before getting pregnant, a family member introduced me to Tosca's books and Eating Clean and, I've got to say, they work! I'm using them as the foundation of my new diet/lifestyle.
