I am new to this team. First I just wanted to say hi and good morning!
I have started my eat clean journey. I have a ton of experience in clean eating. The problem is at work or by night fall some how I ruin each day with a slip and unclean food and from there it is all over.
Wednesday I planned a clean 1600 cal day with 140 grams of protien. I felt amazing and so pround when i went to bed and didnt cheat. Planning my day and sticking to it worked!
Yesterday was just not the case. I planned and brought all my food. At lunch (Im an RN, breakroom is always filled with unclean food) i had half a sandwhich from panera bread. Not a bad choice but never the less went off my food plan. Next about an hour later had a 1/2 cookine....then all over throughout the rest of the shift candy and everything else.
What I learned....Stick to my plan no matter what. That is my goal for the day.
