Hi all, just joined the team and I have also just started Eating Clean. I am midway thru my 2nd week and I am feeling great! I was the poster child for Weight Watchers but I cancelled my e-tools 2 weeks ago and started using the Spark's tracker instead. I have battled my weight for years, losing and gaining the same pounds over and over again. I finally came to the realization that I am addicted to sugar. Even when I was doing my best on WW, I was still consuming sugar, artificial sweeteners and so much processed food. The last 2 weeks I have never felt more energetic, I am sold that this is the lifestyle for me. Hope to share ideas, inspiration and advise together.
