Hi everyone! I've just started reading Tosca Reno's book "Your Best Body Now" and am very excited about beginning this new way of life. I already have her book " The Eat Clean Diet," bought several years ago, but, for some reason, never followed it diligently. So, would like to get back on track with eating well, exercising consistently, and being motivated again. This team seems to be the right place to be in my journey to good health, so looking forward to connecting with others who are on the same journey. Summer is here, so I'm excited to start eating lighter and healthier and being active (and, hopefully, continuing to lose those last stubborn pounds!)
