How are you doing Clare? It takes time to make the changes and right now is not easy because of the holidays BUT ... you know what ... it never is easy to start. It's that first step that is the hardest! All other steps just build on what you already know.
So I picked up Tosca's book about 2 weeks ago along with her cookbook and I'm plugging my way through. I think I picked one of the worst times of year to start cutting out the sugars and all the extra garbage, but I'm doing the best I can.
I've been plateaued for a while, and hoping that making this change will bust me through the plateau as well as bring a better over all feel to my life.
I look forward to the support you can give, and look forward to giving support back.
