Daily Goals are as follows: Drink between 8 – 16 (8oz) glasses of water Sleep for 7 to 8 hours per night Do Stretching exercises Eat every 2-3 hours Keep a Food Diary
Weekly Goals are as follows: Lose between 1-2 lbs/week Participate in strength training at least 3-4 times/week.
Ultimate Long Term Goals are: Lose enough fat so that my abs are very defined. (Maybe 115 lbs since I am 5’4” -Currently weigh 172.5 lb) Be able to run long distances Not get long-winded so quickly To be healthier then I’ve ever been before To practically have unnoticeable cellulite No more thunder thighs (tired of them rubbing together) Be featured in Robert Kennedy’s Oxygen Magazine as a Cover Girl Start competing
What I am looking for in a personal trainer:
1.Someone who is currently certified by at least one of the following: a.the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) b.the American Council on Exercise (ACE) c.the National Sports Conditioning Association (NSCA).
2.Someone who would be willing to work-out with me as motivation. 3.I would like to do strength training in the evenings after work and cardio in the AM. (I have my own treadmill, a schwinn bicycle and there’s a walking trial near me) 4.Someone born on one of the following dates:
