Hi! I'm relatively new to SparkPeople (less than two weeks) and am really interested in totally overhauling the way I eat.
Although I incorporate a lot of fresh fruits and veg and lean meats, I still really struggle with sugary/carb cravings that TOTALLY derail any hard work I've done that day/week/month. A coworker of mine is currently doing the Paleo diet and has seen some great results. While I like some of the ideas of Paleo, it just didn't seem sustainable for a family, long-term. In reading up on that, I came across the idea of eating clean.
I just ordered Tosca Reno's book, and am looking forward to digging into that and figuring out how this works. Until I receive it though, looking forward to getting to know you all and researching this idea through this team and other links!
