Hello! I am new to the team and clean eating. Well, I am not totally clean eating yet. I am reading "The Clean-Eating Diet Recharged" right now, and this weekend, I am cleaning out the fridge and pantry.
It is going to tough for me, but I HAVE to do this for me and my family. They are going to fight me every step of the way. They love their junk food. My youngest would eat fast food for every meal if I would allow it.
I am going to need lots and lots of support. Please help remind me why I am doing this (a body like Tosca's would be nice LOL!). I am doing this
1) For me. I want to have WOW factor. I am working on the fitness factor but now I need the nutrition.
2) My family. They say they want to eat better and be healthier, but they resist me at every corner. They want to eat healthier but they do not want "diet" food. They want pizza, burgers and tacos.
3) My co-workers. If they see I can do it, they will realize THEY can too!
