Hi, I'm new to the group. Have a couple of issues of the Clean Eating magazine and love it. Think I will get a subscription. I want to get more veggies in my diet. I think this will help me accomplish my goal. Looking forward to new ideas and recipes.
Hi, I'm new to this group. Reading Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet, something clicked. I have significant weight to loose and suffer from chronic hives(probrably caused by allergies). I'm looking forward to living a cleaner healthier lifestyle for myself and for my daughter!
I hi I'm new to the group too but not to spark. I working on living a cleaner lifestyle this year. I didn't have much weight to lose but I've found out when I eat clean I feel so much better about myself!
I am new to the group and to Sparks, but I have been following The Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno for about 2 years. I lost 30lbs and I am at goal now. I am not just maintaining the lifestyle. I eat clean and work out with weights 3x a week and cardio 4-5x a week...would like to increase my cardio to 6x a week. I have been able to maintain my current weight for the last year with clean eating and exercise which is really big for me. I am 43 years old and have been on every diet under the sun and continually lose and gain the same 20-30lbs. This is the 1st time I have been able to keep it off and feel like I can do so indefinitely. I look forward to chatting with you all and giving & getting support on the Clean Eating lifestyle.
