hi girls =) It does seem to be a quiet team but I think we should make it active! I'm Crystal I'm from NJ. I LOVE Tosca. I followed the Eat Clean diet a yr ago and lost some weight and I want to start up again so I can finally reach my goal weight by May of 2010. Lets do this!

All that you eat on a paleo diet is meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, and seeds. Very easy menu but I miss beans and yams and rice! I have read the Eat Clean books, and I think they are great as well! But I am finding that it is easier to stay within my calorie range eating paleo. I think once I am done with Stage 2, I will look at adding beans and such back into my diet. I am happily losing some weight and do not want to screw it up!
Hello everybodeee!!! I was hoping to see more activity on this forum, as I could use some knowledge and reassurance! I started my weight loss on a Paleo diet, and while I really like the foods, I just can't get past giving up stuff like beans and yams. I call them my cheat foods, but I know they are good for me! Has anyone else converted from another style of eating to this one? When I go back and read what I just typed, I have to admit that it seems quite silly! Please weigh in!
