I have been looking for something just like this. "Clean Eating." I just didn't know that is what people were calling it. My eating habits trying to lose weight, while being limited on excercise due to tendonitis and plantar fasciatis have led to the condition worsening because I wasn't getting the nutirents I needed. So my journey of discovery begins, again, to find ways to improve myself, my lifestyle, and my health. I want to be able to run and jump with my 4 year old daughter again. This is my main goal. I know now that balanced eating is my only recourse not just while I recover, but for as long as the benefits are worth it, i.e. the rest of my life.
