I've had the book for a while but hadn't tried to follow the full program until I decided to commit starting today! I spent all weekend making menus and shopping and chopping (oh, the chopping!) and I'm feeling awesome and in a great, positive mood already.
My main obstacles are going to be alcohol (I like my wine), sugar (I'm learning to love coffee without it) and cheese (food of the gods, no?).
Hope this group is active because I'll be here all day EST 9-5 while I suffer through work
