I've had some success with the "diet" over the past few months and have lost about 15 pounds without tracking my food. One thing that I've found is helpful to me is to determine exactly what kind of food I'm craving... chips, chocolate, ice cream... and substitute a healthier alternative in a small portion. Like if I just want something sweet... I eat a piece of fresh pineapple. If it needs to be creamy... I add a bit of cottage cheese.
For chip cravings... a handful of edamame pods sauteed with sea salt and cracked pepper.
One of the keys is to keep the portions small and often.
Btw, have you been checked for diabetes or hypoglycemia? Do you find yourself indulging at the same time every day?
