My name is Mindy and I'm thrilled to find this team! I'm part of two other teams for clean eating, but this is the only one thats talking about Tosca. I love her books and use all of them.
I agree with Jennyshills- a lot of people have put thier own twist to clean eating. Before I got Tosca's cookbook I thought any form of sweetener or anything canned was a no no. I'm glad I can use natural sweeteners, though I think I'll still try to steer clear of canned things if only for the high salt content.
I'm trying to really incorporate this way of eating into my life compleately and one way I've found is to keep a blog where I keep my clean and affordable recipes. Why do so many recipes have exotic weird ingreadients? I'm more interested in making regular ingreadients taste great. I only post recipes for things I can get at my local grocery store.
