Hi Everyone, I just moved from the 30 somethings with 50+ to lose to your team! It's been a long haul, but I've lost 49.6 lbs in the last 2 years. My original goal was 100 lbs in a year, but went through a messy divorce. I realized & admitted at this time that I AM an emotional eater! So I changed some eating habits & started working out when things got stressful. I have maintained the loss, but still looking to hit that 100lb goal. In joining your team I'm looking for motivation/& to give, to be a better example for my 2 young daughters, to learn to make healthier choices, & to feel better! My girls help keep me accountable, & are my biggest cheerleaders, but I still have my days! Learning to not deprive myself! If I have a craving, it's ok in moderation... so I don't eat us out of house & home trying to fulfill the craving with something else! I'm learning! Looking forward to meeting team members and meeting our goals!
