Hello all! It's time to buckle down and get serious about losing weight and keeping it off. I'm tired of always feeling tired and this past year seems to be the year of new aches and pains with my feet, my back, etc. It could be because I turned forty, but I'd like to turn that around and make that my inspiration for getting healthier and feeling better. I'll be 40 yrs old for another 7 1/2 months and I'd like to be able to say I've lost 40 lbs the year I turned 40. So, let's get to it! There is no time like the present!
