this is a good place to get motivation and support.
I have only been here for two months but have received lots of good support, calorie and nutrition tracking, fitness tracking, info, education, support and lots more.
as spark people encourages, start with 10 minutes of physical activity, exercise five days a week. That is where i started and i am up to 30 minutes 5-6 days a week now.
i track all my food and have learned to stay within my calorie range most days.
and i feel so much better, 7 lbs lighter and more motivated to keep on, keepin on, even when i have an off day.
