I'm a 55 year old grandmother working full-time. Slowly gained weight over the years especially now that menopause has set in. Hoping to lose some weight before I attend my niece and nephew's weddings this year. While shopping for a new dress, I decided this is it! I need to get the scales moving in the opposite direction! The Spark People Trackers look like a helpful way to make it happen! Thanks!
