Well, I'm new to this, but fighting with my weight has been an ongoing struggle...I have tried for at least the last 6 years to be at a comfy weight(which to me is 150 lbs, or a little lower, if I can do it!) because I am uncomfortable with the way I feel, and look. I keep trying to find ways to make myself eat better, but keep falling back into old habits, especially when I am on a budget and married...And I want to stop all the excuses, and see what I can do to make myself healthy, both physically and mentally!
