track every single thing that you eat, every single day! stay within your calorie range every day. most important, is to do cardiovascular exercise, do something that gets your heart rate up, and makes you huff and puff and sweat. Really for me, the exercise is what is helping me lose. I have done the low calorie diet before without exercise, and never saw results. This time (since October) I have been using the treadmill. I was very out of shape when I started, and I walked 3 miles, it took me an hour. Now I jog for part of the 3 miles, run a minute, then walk a minute, as long as I can, I do this every other day. I lost 14 pounds since October, but it has been 5 pounds in January. I am 51 years old, so if you are younger, you will probably get results much faster! I will not say "good luck" because luck has nothing to do with it. Stay focused, and don't talk about it, just do it!
