Hi everyone! My name is Nicole but everyone cals me Nikki. I am 25 and live in Dover, PA with my husband and pug. I started losing weight about 4 years ago. When I started I weighed 220 pounds. I am now down to 152. I finally hit a snag that as been really hard for me to overome. That's when I dicovered Spark People.
I figured out I wasn't getting enough calories in a day so I upped them. I'm now going to try and get in 1500-1700 calories a day. I workout 6 days a week for 30-60 minutes each night. I am doing P90X and Les Mills Combat. It's a hybrid program I made up for myself so I can get in strength an cardio. I look forward to chatting with you all and welcome any feedback you guys may have. My goal is to hit 120 pounds and run a 5k Color run in Philly by July.
