Hi,
I am new too.
I have been "kinda" tracking the past week or so.
I need to crack down in the new year. I have lost 55 pounds this year and still have about 40 more to go.

Hello everyone, I just started SparkPeople today. Well, actually I started back in August, then never followed through. But today I begin again and put all my past failures behind me.
