I'm 58 yrs.old and after a back injury I've gained 69.6 lbs. I use to weigh 145 lbs and was very active physically. I'm tired of being this new fat person and want back my skinny healthy person back. This weight gain occurred over a ten year period. I'm hoping I can win this battle!
