Hello all. I joined Sparkpeople a few weeks ago but am just now getting in touch with other members. My goal is to lose 25-30 more pounds and to to keep it off. I am constantly in the gym and maintaining my portion sizes but it can sometimes be difficult. My goal is to lose the rest of this weight by December, before it gets really cold outside. So far I have lost 15-25 pounds since July. Prior to working out in July I weighted between 192 and 196 and now I weigh 167 and am still losing. I have gone from a tight size 14 to a somewhat lose 12; I want to be back in a size 8 by December.
I joined Sparkpeople for support and ideas to accomplish my goals. I hope to learn as much as I can about being and staying healthy.
