Welcome and good luck! With two little guys in the house getting activity shouldn't be hard :-) Mine is 16 now, but I remember the days of nonstop movment. At 4, he constantly begged to "go run" with Daddy. We finally gave in and let him - he lasted for probably 20 minutes of run/walking in Frick Park...he hasn't stopped running in one form or another since :-) Enjoy it and be active with them - they will remember it even when they are cool and have their driver's license
I am just starting this journey, which is to ultimately lose 80 lbs, but I want to start with a smaller goal and work my way up. So first off, my goal is to lose 10 lbs by 10/7, which is my 6 year anniversary. A little about me, I am a father to 2 amazing boys, age 4 & 2. I have spent my entire life living just outside of Pittsburgh, with no complaints. Thanks in advance for all the support, and I hope I can help people just like me.
