Sounds like you've read the book. Great job on setting small achievable goals. It's totally doable. SparkPeople is a great start to start as well. So much support from people who have been there and from people who are right in the same spot you are.
Hi everyone, I am just getting started. Monday, September 10, I am choosing to get my act together and lose weight to get healthy. I have alot to lose, but I am setting small goals for myself. 10 pounds by October 14! Baby steps !!
