Hello and Welcome!
Emotional Eating is one of the hardest habits to break, but you can do it.
There are a couple of teams specially for Emotional Eaters! Good Luck and !

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
For years, my weight has been fluctuating by 10, 20, even 30 pounds! I couldn't seem to find out why, and I finally realized it was due to my bingeing. I noticed I would reach for food, even when I was not hungry all out of emotions! I'm finally ready to recognize my emotions (and actually hunger) so I can finally lose 30-40 pounds and be happy and healthy again! I'm hoping spark people will help me meet people who can inspire me and keep me on track!
