Thank you for the encouragement... I belong to a PAID internet diet site which is folding in 3 weeks so I'M trying to find my way around THE SPARK....

I've recently been diagnosed with diabetes... so NOW I plan a snack for evening and have done very well NOT binging at night... I am sole caregiver for my husband I need to TAME the "emotional Eating BEAST within me....

For years, my weight has been fluctuating by 10, 20, even 30 pounds! I couldn't seem to find out why, and I finally realized it was due to my bingeing. I noticed I would reach for food, even when I was not hungry all out of emotions! I'm finally ready to recognize my emotions (and actually hunger) so I can finally lose 30-40 pounds and be happy and healthy again! I'm hoping spark people will help me meet people who can inspire me and keep me on track!
