Try not going home right after work. Go to the park first or on a hike first then go home after work. Sometimes I have to do that just to get my workouts in.

I work full-time and by the time I get home I'm tired and don't feel like doing anything else. I cook dinner and wash dishes and then watch tv. I'm stuck in a rutt that I created myself and I don't know how to get out of it. I need more energy to get things done. Any suggestions?
