Welcome to the team!!! You can do this!! When I first start my weight loss journey I got winded walking from my car to my house. It was horrible and that woke me up. The people on Spark are wonderful with support, answers, and fun. Let me know if you ever just need to talk.
It's really hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why you sometimes need really special shoes. - Sex and the City quote

Hello, I am just beginning my lifestyle change. I have been a fast food and eating out junkie for the last five years as a result of working 16 hours a day and sitting behind a desk. I can't walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded and the last time I could touch my toes was about three years ago. My body is crying out for help, is anyone else going through this? Is this shocking? It was to me it was like I awoke after five years and THIS is my body....HELP!!! Thanks for listening, Gloria
