Hi Kate~I love getting outside to walk but it's so not fun coming back wheezing & feeling horrible so the dvds totally help with that-though it doesn't compare to getting out of the house. I enjoyed when I could go to the gym & at least look at their big windows to the city. I just applied to get a membership there again so hopefully it comes back with a price we can afford as a family. The dvds are great though when we get those cold snow days. I'm fortunate that I don't have allergies, so I can always walk around my neighborhood to get a little activity in after sitting at a desk all day. I hear a lot of people talk about Leslie Sansone though, so I might need to give that a try, especially during the winter when it gets dark early.

Hi All~I'm new to the group. I'm from western PA. I've been struggle with my weight since I was 12 yr old-losing & gaining through-out the years a zillion times~finally giving up fad diets & deciding to live a healthier, happier life style. My focus is building muscle, toning & of course losing weight. I have 100+ lb. to lose to reach my goal of 134. Right now I'm enjoying activities like light weight lifting, resistance training, Tai Chi, Kick boxing, swimming (when I get to) & yoga. Along with working out to some dvds like Leslie Sansone etc... especially in the winter months or when allergy warnings are high outside. I look forward to sharing & meeting you all.
