Welcome! Spark is about establishing healthy new habits. Don't obsess over a long-term goal like a specific weight. My advice is to set attainable daily goals scch as getting 5+ servings of fruits and vegetables, 90 minutes of cardio a week, etc. And don't try to do too much at once. Start with 10 minutes of walking a day. If you're lucky to get one fruit or vegetable a day now, then start by having 2 or 3 a day. It's easier to add a piece of fruit to your lunch than to completely overhaul your eating habits in one day. Get a few successes under your belt and then build on them!
