I can definitely identify with loving cheese. I still eat cheese, but instead of mass quantities of cheap cheese cooked into food, I buy expensive cheese that I would feel bad eating all at once. And I eat just an ounce (or less) and really savor it. I also find that a little bit of feta or blue cheese adds a lot of flavor to foods.
Hello everyone! I am new to this site, so I thought I would introduce myself! I am a 27 year old female, married with no kids! I am a dog groomer by trade and have two cats, 4 rats, and a fish! I was born and raised in San Antonio, and moved to Pennsylvania when I was 14 after losing my father. Between the culture I grew up in, and the pain of losing my dad, food has ALWAYS been a crutch for me. Whenever I had a bad day, or a celebration, or just because, I would turn to food. I grew up eating Mexican food, and the greasier and cheesier, the better! Now that my husband and I are hoping to start a family, I realize it is time to make a change! I am here not just to lose weight, but to get healthier! I wish everyone luck with their goals, and as I know I can't do it without others, if you are in need of a helping hand, I will do what I can!
