emoticon I started again in February after quitting about 2 years ago. I have only lost 10 lbs since then--if we don't count what I have lost and gained back over these 4 months. Guess you could say I am a s-s-s-l-l-l-l- o-o-o w loser. My goal is 36 pounds.

This is a great informative site and you will find a lot of info and help here.

Hi I'm from PA and just joined Sparkpeople. My goal is to lose 33 lbs and to get healthy and fit. So any suggestions or support is welcome. I've been struggling for the last 4 years with losing weight and then gaining it back.
