My weight was rapidly approaching morbid obesity, before I had my "Aha moment." I joined a weight loss program, and have lost 26 pounds since mid-December. I am now at the weight that I was when I joined this group, and I am working on losing 40-45 more pounds. I have difficulty journaling my daily food intake, as the rebellious child residing within me doesn't want to be regulated. I am also getting more exercise by participating in a gym class, and walking more. My goal is to keep going until I reach the outer limits of "normal" weight for my height, and then maintaining it for the rest of my life -easier said than done.
