Hi everyone. I have been watching my eating habits since June of 2011. We had a biggest loser contest at work and I lost 29 pounds but I have a long way to go. Since then I have lost a total of 45 pounds. I would like to lose another 50 pounds. My motivation level isn't as strong as it was . I read in Family Circle about Sparkle People and thought this might do the trick. It's worth a shot--wish me luck.
