Have you tried water aerobics or simply getting in the water and moving around a bit? I have a friend who has a horrible time exercising, but she gets in that water and it's a different world for her.
Also, it's not always about losing weight anyway, I have to remind myself regularly that it's more important to focus on healthy eating. I know, easier said than done, but I try. It's hard to break old habits that is for sure.
