If you start eating healthy foods and exercising regularly now, you can have more energy for your vacation next month. I hope the 50 pounds you want to lose is a longer term goal. You cannot lose that much in a month and be healthy.

HI ! I am new to this site and I am not sure that I am doing the right thing . I am going on vacation next month and I want to go looking better and feeling better about myself . I can't do this on my own -maybe having outside support will help. I want to lose at least 50 lbs
