Start off slowly....one thing at a time....focus on getting in 8 glasses of water a day-that's not that tough, is it? Start out small on the exercise side, too. Start with 10 mins a day. If you feel like you can keep going, then by all means, go for it! If not, you got in 10 mins and that's 100% better than nothing at all, right?
