There could be a MILLION things...but maybe try a different fitness routine? Sometimes we get used to what we are doing and it becomes ineffective...? A change tends to get things going again for some people.

Hey I have been working on losing the last 20 pounds, but instead have gained 8 pounds. I exercise and watch what I eat and count calories and still am not losing the weight. any suggestions.
