Kristel! Never let a bad day derail you for longer than that day. I swear I screw up on a daily basis but each morning I start over again & try my best. That's what really counts! As for a chicken alternative, I like tuna or white meat turkey. White fish (like haddock or blue hake) is an occasional favorite alternative too.
They say it is better to be poor and happy than rich and miserable, but how about a compromise like moderately rich and just moody?

Hey I'm Kristel I'm trying to lose weight it seems I can go for a week and then I give up.I had a bad past 2 days but am back on track today I did 20 min of cardio but I'm also so sick of chicken anyone have any good protein meals that are low fat and have good amount of protein ?
