Hey everyone. My name is Leah and im 20 years old. I have been wanting to lose wight for about 7 years now to be at my healthy weight and to be at a weight i feel comfortable at. I have tried many different diet plans but nothing seems to work for me, i will lose like 10 but then get discouraged because i wont lose much after that. im hoping that this will work for me because i am really determined to lose this weight! any support helps :) good luck to you all!
