Hi all. I am very excited to have found this forum. I lost about 30 pounds in just over 3 months a few years ago on the 1200 calorie diet. I went to gym 5x a week for 1 1/2-2hours a day. I am hoping to get back into the swing of things. I download the App to my phone and find it much easier than writing stuff down. I hope I will reach my goal!!
