When the neighborhood YMCA closed, I got a Planet Fitness membership. I use the treadmill and recumbent bike. I need to develop more strength in my legs to do the elliptical for anything more than a few minutes.
Hi, I'm new to Spark. I'm reading the book right now. I've found the website a bit intimidating or difficult to navigate. But I'm committed to jumping in with both feet so to speak. I live in Morgantown, which is right on the border of Amish country. I moved here four years ago from Chester County.

Good luck Stacey! A cruise to the Bamahas in great incentive and reward. Twelve years ago I stopped drinking. And a year ago stopped smoking. Something that helped me was to tell myself that I was doing it one day at a time. All I had to do is not drink or smoke for just one day. Unfortunately, while abstinence works for addictions like booze and cigarettes, it doesn't work for food, obviously, because we have to eat. I am new to Spark, btw.
