Okay so about 2 years ago I lost 110lbs and this past year I have gained about 45 of that back. I am so upset and the more weight I gain back the more hopeless I feel. I was in denial for awhile thinking "O I can start eating right and exercising again and it will come off" But I am totally missing the whole point, the whole reason I started my journey was because I was very unhealthy and needed to lose weight and start eating healthy for the rest of my life not just for that moment. I really need to learn how to stick to a healthy lifestyle no matter what. I hope me getting back on sparkpeople can educate me on how to maintain proper eating habits and exercise not just for the now but forever.
