Welcome! You probably just need to be patient on the weight. You don't gain weight overnight, and it doesn't come off overnight either. Without more information it's hard to say why you're not losing, but you could try changing up the exercise routine if you've been doing the same thing for a while. Also, be careful you don't fall into the trap of thinking you can eat a lot more because you exercised.
"Hi, I started about 3 weeks ago and am just now getting around to trying to find and join a team. I'm also from PA. gotta love this weather ! Ha ha. I'm not sure I'm doing this right but I have to say that I'm really struggling right now and I am going the wrong direction in the weight department ! Since I've joined I've gained 2 1/2 lbs. very depressing so I am hoping that I will get the motivation I need from joining a group. I'm not sure that I have the willpower that I need to get through what I think may be a plateau. I do zumba 2 3 x's a week and walk 20 min. everyday. Any thoughts? I'm having sweet cravings to boot !
