Hello! I new to SparkPeople. I just learned about it a few days ago. I started keeping track of what I eat, and my fitness. Knowing myself, I do okay for a few days. Then one day I skip walking, or pig out, or slack off in some other way. Then it's easy to just slip back into old habits. I hope to find some accountability, and camaraderie.
Well, I am 26. Married. Earned my Bachelors in Social Work, and have been working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities for six years. This is an area I am very passionate about.
